Hi, I’m Haley.
I’m a vinyasa yoga teacher based in Georgetown, Texas, and I’ve been practicing since I was 16 (more than a decade!!). Yoga has been a steady anchor throughout my life, and in 2022 I completed my 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training so I could share that sense of clarity and connection with others. My classes are breath-led, intentional, and thoughtfully paced to help students feel supported and at ease in their bodies.
I love creating movement experiences that meet people where they are. My teaching blends mindful strength, mobility, playfulness, and a grounded approach to wellness. I have a passion for handstands, and while they aren’t the center of my teaching, they’re a fun part of my personal practice and something I enjoy offering to students who want to explore them. I also provide private handstand training as well as occasional workshops for studios and gyms.
When I’m not teaching, I’m usually spending time with my wonderful husband, Dallas. We love discovering new coffee shops, getting outdoors for hiking or camping, and exploring anywhere that brings us closer to nature. That love for the outdoors shapes the way I teach too. My goal is always to help people feel more grounded, open, and connected both on and off the mat.
I’m based in Georgetown and serve the entire Austin area for corporate wellness days, private event classes, workshops, and custom sessions. My classes are accessible to all levels and can be tailored for beginners, mixed groups, or more experienced practitioners. I pride myself on being organized, punctual, and easy to work with, so planning a session feels smooth and stress-free whether you’re a business, a bride, or a group of friends looking for something special.
